Fees and Rebates

Initial session: $295 (60 minute consultation).

Subsequent session: $275 (50 minute consultation).

To be eligible for Medicare rebates, you require a valid referral / Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP or Psychiatrist issued prior to your Psychology sessions.

The current Medicare rebate for a Clinical Psychologist consultation is $145.25. Please note that the number of sessions per calendar year under Medicare rebate is restricted.

You are welcome to attend consultations on a fully self-funded basis. No referral is required in this case.

If you have a Private Health Fund, you may be eligible for a rebate depending on your contract. Please note that you can only use one fund (e.g. either Medicare or Private Health Fund) per session. The rebate depends on your individual plan with your insurance. Please contact your private health insurance for further information prior to your Psychology sessions.

I also welcome Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) treatment referrals. Eligible clients require a referral for a DVA treatment cycle from their GP or Psychiatrist.
